Stophermedia provides web development, performance marketing, digital marketing, content writing, and graphic/video design services as outlined on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be confirmed via a separate agreement or proposal for each client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access/assets (brand materials, ad account access, etc.) required to deliver services. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.
3. Payments
Payment terms (advance, milestones, or monthly retainer) will be communicated per project/service agreement. Delayed payments may result in paused services. All fees are confirmed before work begins.
4. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client's property upon full payment. Stophermedia retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information and business data as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent. This obligation continues after the termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for the best results (rankings, ad performance, engagement), Stophermedia does not guarantee specific outcomes, as these depend on external factors such as platform algorithms, market conditions, competition, and other variables beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with prior written notice as agreed in the service contract. Any outstanding payments for work completed remain due upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
